Latest News

September 25, 2015 – The U.S. Department of State (DOS) issued a revised Visa Bulletin for October. The most significant change is that the dates for filing in the employment-based, second preference (EB-2) category for India. USCIS will now only accept adjustment of status applications for nationals of India in the EB-2 category with a priority date of July 1, 2009 or earlier.

The dates for filing for EB-2 China also retrogressed to January 1, 2013.

The DHS will rely on this revised bulletin, rather than the bulletin published on September 9, 2015, when considering whether an individual is eligible to file an application for adjustment of status.
