The Department of State has posted the Visa Bulletin for November 2017. EB-1 is still current for all nationals. EB-2 and EB-3 continue to be current for all except those born in India, China, and Philippines.
Family based visas are moving forward slightly.
USCIS has advised that it will accept adjustment of status applications for family-based petitions based on filing dates chart. For employment-based petitions, you use the final action dates chart to determine eligibility to file your adjustment of status application.
