EB-5 Immigrant Investor and EB-4 Non-Minister Special Immigrant Programs Extended

On Sept. 29, President Obama signed into law H.R. 5325 – Continuing Appropriations and Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017, and Zika Response and Preparedness Act. This Act extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program and EB-4 non-minister special immigrant program for certain religious workers until Dec. 9, 2016. Applications for these programs can be submitted until that date. Congress may extend these programs at a later date.
