Old Green Cards Still Valid

Posted by Badmus & Associates | Dec 12, 2007 | 0 Comments

There have been questions lately as to whether the older version of green cards without an expiration date are still valid. Some clients have reported seeing signs at USCIS and have even heard advertisements on the radio that state that they must apply for a new card. However, yesterday, USCIS posted an official statement assuring individuals that until this rule is passed, all green cards, whether they have an expiration date or not, are still currently valid.
