November Visa Bulletin shows some movement in several family and employment related green card categories.

As reported by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), here are some of the Department of State expectations for availability of green cards over the next few months:

EB-1 China, EB-1 India, and EB-1 Worldwide will remain current in November and for the foreseeable future. While demand and number usage is high, a retrogression of the EB-1 category is not expected for the first half of the fiscal year, which ends September 30.

EB-2 Worldwide will remain current in November and retrogression is not expected in the foreseeable future.
EB-2 India is expected to move forward, possibly to November 2008 date by March 2017.

EB-2 China advanced four months to July 15, 2012, and EB-3 China advanced three months to April 15, 2013. EB-2 China was previously up to September 2012, and is likely to move up again to September 2012 no later than February 2017. Also, EB-2 China may advance more rapidly.
