The Department of State has posted the visa bulletin for May 2019.

EB-1 Priority Workers final action date is now March 1, 2018 for all nationals, except those born in India and China remain with a cutoff date of February 22, 2017.

EB-2 and EB-3 is current (no backlog) for all nationals, except those born in India who have a cutoff date of April 16, 2009 (EB-2) and July 1, 2009 (EB-3) AND those born in China who now have a cutoff date of May 15, 2016 (EB-2) and August 22, 2015 (EB-3).

The USCIS announced that it will accept adjustment of status applications in April for family-based petitions for those with priority dates before the listed cutoff date in the filing dates chart. For employment- based petitiones, the USCIS will accept adjustment of status applications in April for those with priority dates before the listed cutoff date in the final action chart.

However, for both family and employment based petitions, your priority date must be earlier than the date in the final action chart for final approval of your immigrant visa or adjustment of status application.
