
Senior Paralegal
Benita Adams is a senior paralegal at Badmus & Associates. She was awarded an associate in applied science degree in legal studies, with honors, at Tarrant County College in Hurst, Texas. Benita has worked with attorney Ann Badmus since October 2000, and is responsible for preparing J-1 visa waivers (state health agency, hardship, no objection), I-140 immigrant petitions (extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers, general national interest waivers, physician national interest waiver), adjustment of status, and applications for citizenship and naturalization.
