Roxana Virinni graduated with honors from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) in 1985, and practiced as an attorney in Córdoba for over 15 years. A well-traveled and passionate immigration advocate, Ms. Virinni has extensive experience in diverse areas of the law, including civil law, family law, labor law, and commerce law. She is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Córdoba.
Initially, Ms. Virinni began her affiliation with Badmus in 2001 as an Affiliate Attorney in Argentina, and in October 2002, joined our staff in Dallas as a Law Clerk. Ms. Virinni’s experience encompasses the processing of H1B, O1, E2, K-3, and K-1 visas, as well as other temporary and permanent residence applications based upon family relationships, labor certification, and national interest waivers for physicians. Ms. Virinni’s also assists clients in applying for citizenship and naturalization.
