For most consultations, we will also ask for an initial consultation fee ranging from $200 to $300 for one hour, depending upon the attorney you consult. This fee ensures that you get the dedicated time necessary to thoroughly evaluate your situation and your options. This fee will be credited toward the total fee for our services, should you decide to use our services within 45 days of your initial consultation. The consultation fee is due before your consultation and can be paid by check, money order or credit card.
Businesses may request a 15 minute, free pre-hire consultation to speak with an attorney. Please note that a consultation of this type is for business representatives interested in hiring our attorneys but have some questions before making a decision to hire. If the consultation request does not meet this criteria, you will be asked to schedule a paid consultation at a later time.
